In January 2019 Natasa participated for the first time in an Erasmus+ Action in Lokeren,Belgium. It was the projectEmpower Vulnerable Youth: Theater, Creative Writing and Emotions in Focus that influenced her.

After this amazing ,as she mentions, experience she shares her thoughts and special moments :

Two months ago, I participated for the first time in a youth exchange programme in Lockeren, Belgium. I decided to take part in the program after I had seen a relevant advertisement in MediaTerraNea’s facebook page. The program consisted of theatre courses, creative writing workshops and seminars on the various problems that the vulnerable youth faces nowadays. Since these are the fields of my interest, it was a great experience for me.

I always find it very exciting meeting new people and explore new customs and habits, thus, it was very important for me that I got the opportunity to work with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Our daily program was fool of energizing games, theatre impro exercises, seminars and insightful intercultural nights. During the program, we also had the chance to visit the city of Gent in a one-day trip where we had an amazing time. In addition to the aforementioned program, another worth mentioning program took place at the same time. This program was based on th55485969_515376158986683_4428193389065797632_ne art of storytelling by Mr Frank Van Mosselvelde and it was truly remarkable. At the end of the exchange program, we divided into groups and had the opportunity to present our work at a youth centre. Our group, “Team Greece”, presented a storytelling based on the ancient myth of Daedalus and Icarus.

Overall, the experience was amazing and I totally recommend it for everyone interested in the field. It is a wonderful feeling to meet new people from different countries, share the same experiences, and create memories.

As MediaTerraNea we would like to thank all the members of the Greek team for their smooth cooperation and for representing us excellent in the  Vulnerable Youth: Theater, Creative Writing and Emotions in Focus Training Course in Lokeren. Finally , we would like to show our appreciation to our partners for their hard work in order to produce high quality of Erasmus+ Projects.
